“Time for Spring” / Theme: It’s Time
A little about this photo…
Technically, Spring is here. (As of Thursday, March 19th.) The flowers have been peeping up through the soil. We’ve had warm sunshine and rain. But then, there’s this: We get a frost. The frost is definitely pretty, but… just saying… It’s about time for the frost to go. We’re ready for Spring. It’s time for Spring!

Snap! At least on theme. Are these winter aconites? That’s a good dusting of frost.

I’m not exactly sure what kind of flower they are, but you might be right.

They’re one of the earliest flowers, along with snowdrops.

I believe there’s been at least four times this year when I thought that spring was here, just before another snow fall covered the ground again. Maybe this time, it does feel a lot like spring right now…

We’ve had a few nice days. Right now, it’s pretty cold out there! (No snow, though. So that’s good.)

What an excellent photo! I love how you can see some dry leaves alongside the blooming flowers—you can actually see the seasons changing!
